Do you feel fragmented? Like your heart is elsewhere your mind somewhere else and your body on autopilot here? You feel hollow and lonely but numb mostly? The solution is not outside . Today somehow I’m really inspired with messages! I took one look at his photo shared by my friend Pratyush Sharma (photo credits goes to him) and I get an instant message - We are One under the Sun!!!! It also happens to be the warmest day of the year to date - 7 degrees with the Sun shining!!! So Muffin & I are Sun worshipping here!!! Namaste! Kay

I wrote this on 3rd March 2020 and funny enough made it into a podcast a year later on 10th March. Everything is Mysterious and Time and matter are mysterious. So I am strangely fascinated by Quantum Mechanics though I have no clue behind the Maths but I just love the idea of blowing my mind and removing the limitations of preconceived notions!! When I saw a banner of the movie “Coming to America” - I wondered how a Monarch must feel. To “own” the lands, the people and the riches. To own is to control & take proprietorship. But do we really “own n control”? Or rather “govern & steward”? To think about .... Hugs, Kay

Ages 12 to 14 was one of the most awkward & out of body experiences like where I felt like totally uncomfortable & queasy about all the changes in my body. We all go through this period of metamorphosis at some stage I guess ... hugs! Kay
