A small change this week - drinking Green Tea instead of Coffee as my preferred beverage. I feel a difference already in my body... with Coffee & Milk I feel so much more gas & I feel thirsty n strange taste in my mouth. None of that with Tea. Plus all the green chlorophyll goodness & antioxidants. Surprisingly my body is not craving for coffee ... so far so good!

Hello May! Full Moon. Yet again! A month has passed. How Splendid the Moon - so brilliant, resplendent and magical. I never never get tired of seeing you! The same thrill each time I see your round & radiant face - soothing, calm, beautiful. Every month I have you to look forward to meeting you. Reminding me that we are all interstellar planetary beings - Hugs! Kay

Happiness is right here - you don’t need to search too far. A happy healthy body - pick a dance or sport that you love. Sweat. Build a resilient strong mind. Be in Nature. Be careful of triggers. Flex the tolerance in your mind to let go .... 🤗 Kay

Please don’t sabotage yourself. We tend to be our worst critics. Stop that . Whether by thought or verbal. Don’t ever ever ever put yourself down, denigrate yourself or criticize yourself. Don’t put yourself down ... period. Coz there are people who believe in you. Who love you. Allow yourself some slack. Love & Believe in Yourself... Hugs! Kay

Just strolling & smelling flowers ... I am noticing Purple , Iris, lilies ... they have a sacred Geometry- petals are 3 folded in, 3 folded out, triangular form inside. Plus smells like heaven!!! Nature brings me home to the moment!! ❤️ Kay

May 21. 2021 Strolling at 10pm where it’s Oh So Quiet - the wind is warm, the half moon shining through some clouds, the trees thick in emerald green foliage. My dad told me a really funny nostalgic story growing up in 1950s Burma in a poor rural village. Where words like Artic, Antarctic and the Eskimo people made his childhood imagination run wild. Today - at 78 years he has a lifelong fascination for the Canadian Railway, Snowy Mountains, Alaska and the Snowy Wilderness of the Northern Lands. Love you Dad!!!
