We are a community passionate about bringing awareness to all aspects of the emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing during the postpartum time. This podcast is created by the Center for Sacred Window Studies, an organization that trains current and aspiring doulas and other birth professionals in conscious care for the sacred postpartum window.
