Today I am walking at Mountain Park Park and doing my usual rambling on. Since I finally got my bike trainer up and running again I think I am going to start riding it for my crosstraining. I discuss my trip to Charleston to run the "Cooper River Bridge Run" that took place on April 7th, then after that it is pretty much down hill from there. Update time, I seem to have hurt my back. I don't know if it was a result of the 9 days + of riding my bike trainer or old age or both.
