This podcast will focus on the current state of U.S. education systems, the health of our nation, and what the right moves are to develop wholeness again in all of us. Our goal is to highlight and discuss basic health principles that should never be violated and introduce evidence-based practices that work very well in the home, in the workplace, in schools, in the medical community, and other community-based support groups.
