Ruth 1:19-22 tells us about an hebrew woman who labelled herself for she had thought her life was not reflecting her name which was meant to be pleasant but, thank God the labelling of herself as (mara) that is bitterness did not stick.....

Mark 5:25-34,....we've never known her name except for she had blood flow for ten years....she was unclean according to the law in leviticus. She lived an unfulfilled life because she could not be in many places as a result of her uncleanness BUT she made a decision and her life was turned around.....will you do the same??

Have you ever read the book of 1 Chronicles? It's got some names there most of which are difficult to even pronounce but one stood out in 1 Chronicles 4:9&10......Jabez. This guy was given a name not so....great by his own mother....he was labelled and it got stucked! What happened? Study with us....

Ecclesiastes 2:18&19,21,24...Are you a hoarder? That is the one who accumulates, collects and store in excess? Then you seriously need to listen to the preacher's advice in ecclesiastes and make a change as soon as possible....eat in while you can and bless others to glorify God because you're taking nothing with you.....🤔🤔🤔🤔

Phillipians 3:12-14, 17-20....have you ever tried setting yourself such goal like the apostle did? He admitted he had not reach his goal of perfection but continued to follow the one who alone is perfect, Jesus Christ.....

Another thing we do hastily among several others, is setting people in positions of authority or importance.....1 Timothy 5:21-22. Paul's fatherly advice to his spiritual son Timothy is relevant in all walks or spheres of life....be it in organisation, family, business, ministry, etc....

Haste is defined as actions taken with excessive speed or hurriedly without careful consideration of the end result....Proverbs 20:21, 21:5.. what are you trying to achieve in haste or too soon like the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-13....won't you wait to be made ready???

Matthew 6:19-21,....what do you spend most of your time thinking about? Those things that you think to yourself, if you lose them...that, will probably be your end...I'm saying what is it that has your 100% attention....that my friend, is your treasure.....what were your answers? God included?🤔🤔🤔

John 15:1-8,...as much much as we think we're busy in our service to God because we attend meetings and religious events or activities, our soul is more important to the lord....Matthew 11:12-14....if Jesus were to look for fruit on you, will He find any?🤔🤔🤔

John 10:11-15,27-29.....Jesus compared believers with sheep because we also have a tendency to stray or wander from the good shepherd but are you as smart as the descriptions Jesus gave about His sheep in John 10?🤔🤔🤔

1 Kings 19:1-4,9-10&18.....can you imagine the prophet God sent to rescue and deliver his people, Israel from moral decay got so fearful of the threat Jezebel made and just wanted to end it all.....that my friends is what brokenness does... God that made Elijah stand will walk you through your brokenness and make you stand.....amen....

Luke 7:18-23.....why did John ask such question when he was the only one at the time who knew who Jesus was? It's because he was broken and discouraged and needed some sort of re-assurance and that's what brokenness does....it weighs us down and question our faith in God... .....

Brokenness is a process of letting go of whatever we depend on that hinders us from fulfilling God's purposes.....we will be looking at the lives of a couple of men of God in the bible that experienced this....first, we start from the apostle Paul....2 Corinthians 11:24-30, 12:7-10

Our ears are amazing instruments that can strengthen our spiritual health, thereby giving glory to God Just as with the eyes, do you filter the things that goes into your ears? What kind of music, jokes, etc do you listen to??🤔🤔🤔🤔

Psalm 101:3, Matthew 6:22....the heart is fed by whatever comes through the eye gate....which means whatever we keep or focus our eyes on will eventually find it's way into the depth of our heart... so, what do you spend your time watching?? Is it healthy for your heart and soul?

Hebrews 12:1&2....to understand this topic in depth, it will help to read or study through the preceding chapter (11)....for they are our cloud of witnesses cheering us on...in order for you and i ti cross the finish line, we must eliminate anything that hinders or slow us down altogether. Are you running with endurance?🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️....

What are the things you've decided never to get over because of how bad and deeply you were hurt or still suffering? Colossians 3:12&13...you and i don't deserve God getting over our mess and giving us life....but He did and always invites us to Himself..Isaiah 1:18, 43:25...

2 kings 6:8-17....if you and i are to look around us or into our circumstances, we'll probably get overwhelmed and discouraged just like Elisha's servant BUT, there is help available.....we only need the kind of vision Elisha's possessed to see God's supernatural goodness all around....

Esthe 4:12-15,....like Esther, God has set before you and i our "such a time as this". And those times are to serve a purpose. We need to seek Him for what He'll have us do with ours.....where you are right now friends, is no accident....

Why do we stay or keep in touch with friends especially when we live far apart? It's because we want to secure what we have with them (the relationship).....it's the same with God and infact, we need Him more. Are you in constant touch with God?

Titus 1:4-9, 2:1,7-8.....everything the apostle Paul wrote to Titus are the sound doctrine every believer in the lord Jesus Christ MUST obey....does your life matches the Christ you teach or preach? Or do you think you need to do something different to model Him? Think about it..🤔🤔
