Phillipians 4:6&7 tells us not to be anxious about anything....but maybe you say; it's not that easy not to worry.....so what should i do? Well, it goes on to tell us what to do in vs 8. In other words, setting and committing ourselves to the person of Christ for a better outcome......

Luke 10:3842....God is speaking to the likes of Martha in the kingdom this morning to learn from Mary and choose the one thing needed. Vs 42: "But one thing is needed....." will you choose just the one needed thing?

Matthew 6:25-34....Jesus gave an example other creatures who do not worry because they know for sure their creator is sovereign and He's got them...(the birds of the air, the lilies of the field)....David also confirms this in psalm 145:15&16. They look expectantly! Do you look to God expectantly for your needs?

Worry is when our peace of mind is disturbed. Matthew 6:25-34: this message especially was from the saviour Himself, pointing out exactly what we tend to worry about; the basics of life....or you say there are more? What are they??🤔

2 Corinthians 1:12.... can you and i make such boasting as the apostle? A conscience that is not clean, good or sacred is soiled(stained/tainted) but can be restored by the holy spirit when convicted and seeks repentance......otherwise, it turns seared(darkened by heat)....1 Timothy 4:2....o God, help us....🙏🙏

1 Timothy 1:5,18&19 talks about faith and good conscience....a good conscience is the one void of offense toward God and men(Acts 24:16)....when we ignore the beeping sounds of our alarm system, then we're gradually beginning to make a shipwreck of our lives.....🤔😏

Conscience: moral code programmed into every heart/life that gives a loud beeping sound when we've offended God or fellow human. For the believer, it becomes more sensitive after salvation with the help of the holy spirit than it was during our pre-Christ life.....Romans 2:14&15.....

Psalm 27:1-3...David, because of his understanding of God's nature confidently declared Him as a bright torch on his dark nights/the darkest of days.....are you going to confront your darkness today with the power of God's word?....Psalm 119:130 or leave it to keep tormenting you?

Psalm 27:1-3.....have you ever experience total blackout where you live? I experienced it growing up and it tormented me with different imaginations of evil......but as soon as I learned that He who lives within me is the light and He is greater than every form of darkness, my fear disappeared.....David knew this fact too well and confidently declared psalm 27:1.....is that true of you too?.....

Flattery =excessive praise or approval which can be insecere. You and I are tempted to go along with it because we have a sinful nature that wants to be flattered....it admires it....Luke 6:26.....BEWARE!!!

Acts 14:8-18....this was an astonishing miracle performed by God through Paul....with wisdom, he quickly strived to restrain the worship of himself and Barnabas. Like these men, our goal should NOT be for people to think better of but to let God shine brightly to the dark world.....

If you have ever been tempted to play a superhero/semi-god because of others applause, then you need to learn one or two things from the king Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon in the 4th chapter of daniel.....find time to read the whole of it but on the programme, we're reading Daniel 4:29-37.....

Exodus 35:30-35, 36:1, Most times we are deceived into thinking our skills and devotion alone brings us success but isn't great to know that you don't give to God what He did not give you in the first place? Whatever wisdom or skills we may have was deposited by Him.....

Saul of tarsus turned Paul, dishonoured the lord and was ready to continue but something happened that brought about his conviction and confession of Christ until he was murdered...Acts 9:1-9. After this encounter, it was the gospel or nothing....you and i by faith have the same witness....is yours convincing/confusing others?🤔🤔🤔

Mark 15:33-39.....what more do you need to convince you to start living out your confession of "I'm a Christian "?.....Matthew 16:13-17. What do you call the gospel? Who do you say HE is??🤔🤔🤔

John 8:31-36....many are still living like slaves today and don't even know because, what is holding them captive has to do with the invisible state of the soul.....the statement Jesus made is what happens when there's a change of ownership/leadership vs 36....He makes us free indeed....

Acts 9:26-30.....did you see how beautifully Barnabas name which means son of encouragement reflected in the way he lived for Christ.....are you prepared to step out in faith to fulfill what God has deposited within you.....listen to the podcast for better understanding....

Matthew 25:14-25,34-40.....there are two groups of people in this chapter some of who carried out their mission joyfully regardless of how much they've been given.....they just served the king with their hearts and He rewarded them.....will you consider doing the same??🤔🤔

Romans 2:10.....Have you ever given any thought as to why you're existing? Have you ever find out what you have been called to do or have just decided to leave it to specific people? Jeremiah 1:5...you and i are no accident neither do we exist by chance.....it's worth considering friends....

Full of noise on the outside but dry and empty on the inside is the description of a heart full of ego. Humility does not erase your personality neither does it mean you're just full of weaknesses. Romans 12:3.....🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

2 Kings 5:1-3,9-16,.....have you ever paid attention to the story of Naaman the Syrian? What did you conclude about him or did you quickly notice he needed to get rid of something to have the miracle he was desperate for? Unless we take our ego out of the way, we may not grow.....
