Relationship As Medicine
Relationship As Medicine with Shelby Leigh, LPC, explores healing beyond pathology — where connection is the medicine and “fixing” isn’t the goal. Rooted in somatics, trauma healing, and nervous system tending, it expands into neurodivergence, including high-masking Autism, ADHD/KCS/VAST, AuDHD, and neurocomplexity (Mackereth, 2023). For therapists, coaches, wellness providers, and anyone curious about their own neurotype, this is a space to unlearn, de-stigmatize, and come home to yourself — to be ignited, inspired, and met with fierce compassion, with zero interest in masking who you are.
