It’s a big assumption to believe that the world exist beyond you. I know that seems very unusual to say that, but there is a great deal of evidence that we can never actually confirm.

I contemplate why I became a professor and for me it’s because it’s a challenging career.

I want you to marvel in the complexity of the things around you. Once you realize that the world is a heck of a lot more complicated and more difficult than you think that it would be, begin to realize that be very grateful for everything that is around you.

I talk about how to measure productivity in organizations and I propose some new insights in terms of productivity where we focus on what truly we want to get to, rather than things that are just easy to measure.

to build anything that’s great requires a tremendous amount of perseverance. As Jimmy Cliff says you can get it if you really try, but you must try try try try. I talk about how there is a castle in Atikokan Ontario and it’s the story of somebody building a castle from nothing.

If you love writing and or believe yourself to be a journalist, and science is a great career. To put it in perspective the expectation is to write 10 to 15 pages a day. Encourage you to invest broadly, And not trying to look for fast cash quick wins.

I want to remind you that your work is not going get any easier. In fact, it may even get much harder as you grow and develop. But, you will get better. You won’t see these changes day today, but overtime day very much compound.

often, companies want to encourage employees become more entrepreneurial. The best way that companies can encourage entrepreneurship is to ensure that employees have downtime, and the ability to pursue hobbies. Allow them to explore and play with things that they’re interested in.

Remember to appreciate the rainy days that you have. They’re just as good as a Sunnie ones, if not better.
