Online education likely will not work as good as one would hope. We fail to recognize that students require: 1. a coach to see the right information. 2. significant monitoring because they are human.

You’re never gonna know if it’s actually gonna work. When you start out if you have the intention that it’s gonna work, but turns out that it often doesn’t. You can stop and not try, or you can take those steps forward knowing that it is going to fail. It’s your job to keep marching forward, even if your expectation is that it’s actually going to fail.
