Prostate Cancer: The Road to Recovery
At 52, I found myself facing a life-altering diagnosis: prostate cancer, quickly followed by the realization it had spread to my spine. A man's journey often follows unexpected paths, and mine led to a battle against stage 4 malignant adenocarcinoma. I wanted to understand this enemy inside me so I started reading, made dietary changes, created anti-cancer recipes, and started leaning on a newfound community of support. They say all men will face this battle if they live long enough. My journey began earlier than most, but the road to recovery is one we'll explore together.
