Jim Hallinan and Aram Grigorian are nutrition and lifestyle coaches. Jim is living on the East Coast, while Aram is living on the West. These two friends just want to talk about how we can live life different. They believe that happiness and success is on the Other Side of fear. They believe there is a whole Other Side of life, you just need to tap into this. These friends talk trash and flirt with each other all while bringing a realistic approach to addressing issues with nutrition, fitness, and mindset.
