Visiting my mom's grave with my dad was hard. It was painful and it rendered me very very very tired. I complained a lot on this day but ironically a lot of miracles took place. I just couldn't see it at the time. #OMENESA

I spent my whole day taking care of bills, debts, making appointments for dentist, doctorr, scheduling more debt payments etc. It was a successful day. Learn not to put things on hold, not even your pee. Get your muscles use to getting things done, and on time #OMENESA

Get excited about taking care of your parents. Get excited if you still have parents. Get excited to serve your parents. It is a gift #OMENESA

I can no longer bear the pain of a disjointed disk in my lower back. It is a disservice to myself to keep walking around in pain. I am heading straight to the doctor today. They must fix this.
