Romans 16:17-27 After his personal greetings, Paul has a final thought he needs to share, a warning for the early church. The book of Romans is a wonderful letter that reminds us we all have sin and need saved by putting our faith in God and his son Christ Jesus.

Romans 15:22 - 16:16 We continue to see Paul's passion for the advancement of the gospel message. Further, we see that we can play a part of the bigger Christian movement that goes all the way back to Jesus and his apostles.

Romans 15:1-21 If you want be a servant of God and to be proud in your work in the advancement of God's kingdom, you must have passion and ambition to share God with others.

Romans 14:1-23 Quarreling over matters of opinion is sinful behavior and very divisive. We need to stay away from this and live for God instead of ourselves. We should also not be a stumbling block for other believers.

Romans 13:1-14 Living a Christian life life means subjecting ourselves to the governing authorities, loving God and other people, and putting off the works of darkness.

It's easy to get stuck in a rut and only go to God with negative things, but we can also praise and worship Him in our prayers. Practicing this can improve our relationship with the Father. Stay in communication with God, putting a sharper focus and intent on praying to Him. What an opportunity we have to go directly to the Father in prayer!

God and all of heaven rejoices when a sinner repents because God wants to seek and save the lost. Our purpose as a church to expand God's kingdom means seeking and saving the lost. This brings great joy to the Father.

Romans 12:9-21 When we put our faith in God and Christ, we are called to live differently. Paul details 22 examples of what that looks like in this section of his letter. Find two details in this list you can work on in your life this week.

Romans 12:1-8 We need to be presenting our whole lives to God as an offering. This is how we worship and bring glory and honor to God. It is not just how we spend our Sunday mornings but how we serve God every day.

Romans 11:11-36 We cannot possibly repay God for His abundance of grace and everything He's done for us. To God be the glory!

Romans 10:14 - 11:10 It's OUR job to share the gospel saving message with the people in our lives. For, how can they believe if they don't first hear?

Romans 9:30 - 10:13 We are declared righteous through confessing Jesus as Lord and believing God raised him from the dead. Because of this good news, we can be confident in our salvation and be sharing the message with others.

Romans 9:6 - 29 God is a just God who offers mercy and compassion to everyone. Through our faith, we determine if we will be an honorable or dishonorable instrument for God's glory.

Romans 8:31 - 9:5 God is so loyal and faithful to us that he didn't even spare His own son for us. Because of God's great love for us and Christ's sacrifice, we are justified when we put our faith in Him.

Romans 8:18-30 We all suffer and go through times of trial and tribulation. This is a consequence of sin in the world. However, as children of God, we patiently wait and hope for the second coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ, when he will establish God's kingdom on earth.

Romans 8:1-17 If you live by the flesh, it is impossible to please God. In fact, you are acting hostile to God. However, when we become an adopted child of God, we are filled with God's Spirit, and co-heirs with Christ in God's coming kingdom.

Romans 7:1-25 We all have sin in our lives and therefore fall under its punishment. Sin corrupts us, causing an internal struggle in our mind. Thankfully, through God's grace, there is a solution to this problem.

The battles we fight every day against temptation are won or lost in the mind. Your thoughts have so much power in your life. What thoughts do you have that you need to take captive in order to obey Christ?

Resurrection Sunday - the finale of the greatest story ever told. Yes, Jesus paid it all so we could have it all. But without the resurrection, our faith would be meaningless. In fact, God did raise Christ and when we put our faith and belief in him, we can look forward to also being raised to life in the age to come.

Jesus endured a tremendous amount of suffering for each of us. Why would he go through that when he didn't deserve it? He went through the unjust, intense persecution because he loves us and loves God. For it was God's will that Christ would be the sacrifice for our sins because of God's love for us all.

Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem is the beginning of the greatest week in the history of mankind. Riding on a colt, Jesus announces in the most humble way possible that he is the Messiah and prepares to sacrifice himself for us.

Romans 6:12-23 God's grace is not an excuse to keep sinning. So, we have a decision to make every day because there are no spectators in this story. Do we side ourselves with sin? Or with God and Jesus? Since we have been freed from sin, we need to align ourselves with God and serve Him.

Romans 6:1-11 Christ is the ultimate example of what it looks like to please God. Now that we are dead to sin, we can live a new life, alive to God.

Romans 5:6-21 What an amazing act of love that God laid down His son for us! Sin entered the world through Adam. But through Christ, the whole world has free access to justification and eternal life.

Romans 4:13 - 5:5 When suffering comes our way, we can stand firm because we are drawn closer to God in our hope in the promise God made long ago to Abraham.
