I had just got home from skating, I buss my knee but yo, I JUST realised a mad lesson on the story WE TELL ourselves!! We are often our own demise, because of what believe about ourselves that we are just stuck on. Most of us are not even aware of the story/ stories internalise. Let me know if this makes sense to you or if you can relate!! Its always good to hear your thoughts!!

We all agree (well most of us) that representations matters but how effective is it really in the grand scheme of things. Does it matter how well you feel you connect/ or know the person?
