I swear I didnt realise how much of my stress, misery was self imposed thinking it was from other people. Well it was kind of but I have a choice as to whether I continue to internalise. I realised something by accident. Yeah, I said it... I don't hope life slows down for you this 'time of year' or ever! Instead is hope you have a steady flow of 'whatever' in order for you to take regular intestinal breaks, that are not in response to a hectic (or exhausting life style, survival, hustle mode). Challenging us all to stop looking a things at face value, in order to discover hidden skills, knowledge and strength that will allow us, to begin, to explore the things we really want to. Without that feeling of "not knowing enough" holding us back! 95% of the time we know MORE than we realise. It's just packed away in a box in our brain labeled something else or maybe not even labelled at all! H...

We need to be more aware of damaging undertones & exception set when digestion Motivational, inspirational and uplifting content!!
