As Alastair walks through a map of 'tension' points in the field of his pressing realities, reflections from Laura reveal the possibilities that might exist on 'the other side of the page' - an invitation to a different movement. Their conversation extends to exploring the often fearsome lifeforce that comes with the instinctual recovery of essence and breathes of new life.

Laura and Alastair share recent experiences from everyday living in their different surroundings and communities and explore how the 'hard' built environment can work with the 'softer' natural and human environment to invite spontaneous connection, healing and supportive interdependence.
