Is Everything About Jesus? - December 19, 2021 During the Christmas season, we are reminded about the birth of Jesus. We contemplate what it means that baby was born in the manger and proclaimed the savior of the world. We rejoice during this season, knowing that we didn't just receive our savior as a baby but also the man who surrendered His life for our salvation.

Where can I find peace? - December 12, 2021 The holidays can be a trying time for many of us and may even bring on feelings of sadness. During these times of sadness, we can encourage each other to rely on Jesus. We can place our hope in the Prince of Peace. 

How do we learn to pray? - December 5, 2021 We believe that looking to Jesus is the only way for us to learn how to pray, and now we have many ways that help us put what Jesus shows into action. 

December 5, 2021 - Will God forget about me?  Often in difficult situations, we can feel like God has forgotten us. We lose sight of God's hope and restoration in our lives in exchange for worldly worries, but God promises to restore those who come to Him. Come to Jesus and He will come to you with His promises. 

November 28, 2021 - Who will inherit the nations? Psalms 2:1-9 The Bible tells of a coming King who will inherit the Nations, but who is this King? We learn in the Old Testament that this King won't be an angel or a man, but will be God himself. As we prepare for Christmas, let's remember and rejoice that we are Sons and Daughters of the King. 

How do we give like Jesus? - November 28, 2021 Giving is an element in learning to grow and become like Jesus. So how do we encourage each other to give as Jesus gave?

How do we find God in a culture of spiritual famine? - November 21, 2021 Amos speaks of a time of spiritual famine. A time where people are not turning to God. During this time, people will wander and search without finding God. There are many similarities between the people Amos was preaching to and our current culture. So how do we learn from what Amos teaches? 

November 14, 2021 - Does what I do during the week matter to God? Often we find ourselves attending church, feeling rejuvenated, and then begin our week as if only Sunday matters. We become submarine Christinas only surfacing once a week on Sunday morning only sink below again as we go through our week. Is this okay? What does the Bible say about being a Sunday Christian?

What is the Day of The Lord? - November 7, 2021 In the Old Testament, Joel foretells swarms of locus and catastrophic disasters followed by the restoration of God's people. But when will this happen? Has it already happened? And who are God's people?

October 31, 2021 - Will the Gospel change me? Joel 1:2-4 Often we fall into a cycle of sin, and we can become weighed down by this when we forget to turn to God. In the Bible, we see the prophet Joel urging us to repentance and pleading with us to let God change us with His Gospel. God desires to see us repent from our sin and turn to him.
