The last few days before Jesus was crucified was full of some very different events. He was celebrated as a victorious King but then unjustly crucified as a criminal just a few days later. Talk about hitting rock bottom! We take a look at how Jesus responds when the people are excited for him to be on their side and when they can’t stand to look at him and just want him dead.

What did Jesus endure on the cross? Why did Jesus even have to die? And why did it have to be such a horrible death on a cross? We explore that this was THE way for God to bring us salvation. If Jesus died on the cross for us, then our best response would be to live for him.

Through the trials, they asked Jesus if He truly was a king. Above his head on the cross, the sign said “King of the Jews”. Was Jesus who he and others said he was? If Jesus is King, what should we do? We need to recognize Jesus as King of our lives.
