Kat was diagnosed at 39 with Grade 2, Stage 2 HR/PR+ HER2- IDC breast cancer in 2021, and her sister, Babs, was diagnosed at 33 with Grade 3, Stage 2a HR/PR+ HER2- IDC breast cancer months later. Both AYA and now survivors, they rely on humor with breastie bestie Aimee as they share openly about their experience, which is definitely not the same.
