Pharisees brought a woman to Jesus caught in the act of adultery.  What followed was a confrontation of epic proportions and Jesus showed us the wonderful truth of the Gospel of grace.

Hope is vital for human life: without it we have nothing to live for. True hope comes from God and the incredible grace He has poured on us.

We often question the point of life in light of the fact that we get old and die.  Ecclesiastes addresses this issue front on and gives hope which is found in God alone.

All of us at one time or another ask, "What is the meaning of this work I am doing?"  Work is central to human life and yet it is often difficult and frustrating, and it never ends!  Ecclesiastes gives us great wisdom as to how this works in our lives.

Life is full of good and bad times.  All of these are part God's sovereign plan for our lives.

In his old age Solomon looks back over his life and all he had done and achieved and he makes a statement we all think at one time or another: it's all meaningless. But how does this work when we look at life as Christians?

Mary and Joseph were faithful to the Lord and through them we saw the miracle of God made flesh.

In this short message Derek speaks of the grace of God that came through Jesus and the way the word works in an opposite manner to grace.

Isaiah 8 speaks of conspiracies against God and the peace that comes only through fearing Him.

Jesus speaks of a great division and persecution that comes when because of Him.  Why is the Gospel really so offensive?

Jesus sends out his disciples on a mssion to proclaim the kingdom, but this mission is not just for them - it is for us too!

Today we explore where we find our identity, we see our saviour Jesus Christ identifying with our Humanity, Christ identifying with our temptation and Christ identifying with our sin by bearing it on the cross. It is Jesus who gives us our identity and in him that our hope is found!

Mark brings out incredible meaning as to why Jesus had to die on the cross.

Mark 8 is a great turning point in this Gospel.  Jesus begins to tell his disciples that He must ide and three days later be raised. Jesus is now revealed as God's servant who would save the people by serving them on the cross.
