Mums F**king Matter
Mums F**king Matter with Lucy Wylde is a weekly podcast aimed at helping Mums to feel more seen and validated in their experiences of motherhood and matrescence. Just because society doesn’t (yet!) respect the monumental role of Mothers, it doesn’t mean that we can’t value ourselves. As a self-advocacy and body literacy coach, burlesque teacher, yoga instructor, perinatal exercise specialist and Mum, Lucy shares her experience, passion and gentle activism for creating greater ease, pleasure and joy in body and mind, to help you adjust to one of life’s biggest transitions; Matrescence.
