What a week. Two major extensions for the next generationally shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. and Houston 's face of the franchise 2B Jose Altuve. 4 trades, veteran signings plus Kershaw back with the Dodgers. Talking about all that and more today.  

Burnes traded to Baltimore, Polanco traded to Seattle, a bunch of signings and news to talk about in today's episode and I won't lie, definitely got heated talking about some of the late segments in this one that you won't want to miss.

We've got a huge episode here with lots of signings, the biggest being Josh Hader signing a deal with the Astros, what does this mean from Pressley and why wasn't Hader paid more then Diaz? As we get closer and closer to spring training we still have a lot of talent out on the market. In today's episode I looked at what I think are the top 5 free agents still out there and some potential landing spots for those players. We also looked at recently signed Jordan Hicks and what the Giants what out of him and if it's possible.

Some big trades happened and we had some big names come off the market including Teo, Stroman and Shota. Plus all the arbitration news that happened from yesterdays deadline. 

The Braves trade train keeps rolling with a huge top end starter risk in Chris Sale as one of the best pitchers from the 2010s heads over to Atlanta. And that wasn't the only move that happened as we entered the new year. Michael Brantley also announced his retirement from the game as we talk about all that in today's episode 

We are here at the end of the 2023 calendar year and with less then 2 months to go before spring training starts, we have plenty of top end talent still available in the market. Blue Jays finally make some moves and resign Kiermaier and sign IKF, and Seattle spends on a top bat in Mitch Garver. 

Dodgers have gone from Ohtani, to Glasnow to now Yamamoto. Over 1 Billion dollars spent. On 3 pitchers. Crazy and wild. Dodgers after signing Ohtani stay busy and trade for Tyler Glasnow and Manuel Margot and also extend Glasnow for a few years. They aren't the only team staying busy as the Royals make some moves to bolster their rotation. We talk about all that plus way more in today's episode

As the offseason roles on, we are starting to get some bigger news, such as the Cardinals beefing up their rotation adding Gray and Gibson as well as a trade that has Diamondback fans celebrating and Mariners fans scratching their heads. 

Aaron Nola, you are not going anywhere. We have our first big signing of the offseason as well as a list of non-tender players and players who were traded to go over in today's episode. 

We've got our 2023 awards to go over as well as another trade that if I'm being honest, it's a bit of a header scratcher. We also have confirmed that the Oakland Athletics are on their death bed.

Well, the offseason is off to a slow start but that doesn't mean we can't talk baseball. I'm going over some of my picks for some of the top free agents as well as giving an unrealistic but plausible landing spot as well.

The Texas Rangers have done it, after 62 years as a franchise and 51 as the Texas Rangers, they have finally won the world series for the first time in the franchise history. The D-Backs put up a great fight but in the end it was the fire power from the Rangers that lead the way as Corey Seager once again wins a World Series MVP and had another great postseason. The World Series has officially started and we were treated to an extremely entertaining game 1 with a clutch game tying home run in the 9th and our first extra innings game of the postseason that had quite the finisher. And game 2 had a dominate pitching performance and a selfless teammate with a great night at the dish.  This series is just getting started. 

We are finally here, the final destination of the 2023 season. The World Series and two teams stand at the top. The Texas Rangers and The Arizona Diamondbacks. Only one will win it all and the all starts today with game 1.

From 2-0 to 2-2, we had both series turn around in a come from behind way. We had walkoffs, late game tying home runs and late go ahead home runs and now, We've got a Game 7 on our hands, possibly two as we are just a mere 2-3 games away from finding out which two teams will compete in the world series this year. Who's it gonna be 

Both the ALCS and NLCS are underway and both have 2-0 series. The Phillies and Rangers have taken the first 2 games of the series putting  a lot of pressure on the Astros and D-Backs to come back.  But we've seen crazier happen before. Speaking of crazy, he's back. Mad Max Scherzer is good to go and is set on pitching game 3 today and trying to put the Astros on life support. 

The division series has come and gone. The 100 win teams are out which means three wildcard teams are heading to the ALCS or NLCS. The Astros are the last division winners remaining and are heading to their 7th straight ALCS series. The team that they'll meet? There state rival in the Texas Rangers. Phillies upset the Braves again and they'll face another NL West team in the NLCS but ins...

A quick look at the players of the month for September and then we dive into the first two games of the ALDS and NLDS series and see who has the advantage for the rest of the series.
