A MOMENT WITH A SPRING SUNSET 24.03.2023 1:39
My intention every day is to look for moments when I can experience heart felt gratitude. Those moments may be a second, a minute, or longer. Having done this for a while, when something is negative, I automatically look for something I can be grateful for. Support the show

I CAN FEEL THE EXCITEMENT 22.03.2023 1:26
I can feel the excitement in the air as people and Nature celebrate spring. Now is the time to implement the goals that were developed over the winter as we move forward with flexibility, making changes as needed for the greater good of our intentions. Support the show
UNWELCOME GUESTS 21.03.2023 2:17
I know a lot of people enjoy feeding squirrels along with the birds, but we do not like them climbing the house to get to the food. Red pepper in the seed will help discourage them. All of us often have unwelcome thoughts. Focusing on positive thoughts and actions helps me focus on love. Support the show
SPRING 20.03.2023 1:14
Finally, the first day of spring, filled with warmth and the promise of Nature producing daily discoveries as winder fades away. It is a time to begin to implement the dreams and plans of the past few months and allow them to manifest themselves in ways that light the way for others still searching. Support the show
THE LAST DAY OF WINTER 19.03.2023 1:40
I have been waiting now for three months to say we have reached the last day of winter. The lambs of March seem to be winning the battle, and, for the time being, warm weather is winning out. I love to find something each day to be grateful for. Support the show
SEARCHING FOR BARE GROUND 18.03.2023 2:10
I am seeing signs of spring, such as bare ground showing up under the limbs of a fir tree, after a few days of temperatures reaching the 40s. I love to have little focus points during every season that help engage me with life and nature. Support the show
A WINTER OVERVIEW 17.03.2023 1:43
Even through there are not many indoor activities taking place at the Center this winter, there is a lot of action by Back Country skiers, snowboarders, snowshoers, and hikers who climb the mountain to enjoy the view and get a fresh perspective of life. Support the show
FALSE STARTS 16.03.2023 2:01
I wonder if we are having another false start to spring as the days have warmed again and the recent foot of snow is melting. I think of the many times I have started out with an intention, and something delayed my progress and I started over again. I know something is guiding me the right way. Support the show
FINDING MY SENSE OF HUMOR 15.03.2023 1:39
With all the craziness that is going on in the world right now, I have found it very beneficial to approach life with a sense of humor. I try to find something that I can focus on that helps me through my daily routines. We are all finding ways to cope, and humor can help. Support the show
SPRING IS NOT THE SAME THIS YEAR 14.03.2023 1:36
Spring has just not been the same this year with several false starts; now that maple sap season has begun, the trees on our land, for some reason, were not tapped this year, something I always look forward to. I will find another source of spring sweetness. Support the show
ENJOYING A WARM DAY IN MARCH 13.03.2023 1:08
My goal each day is to celebrate something I am grateful for. Today it is the warm sun I feel on my face in March. It brings a smile to my lips and creates a song in my heart. I wonder how many people go through life without ever finding something to be grateful for. Support the show

WHEN DOES THE FUTURE BEGIN 11.03.2023 1:55
A few years ago I purchased just the frame of a small storage building from a local hardware store. I put it behind the Center to remind me of my intention to build something bigger. That something is bigger but may look different in the current future. Support the show
HEART SIZE DOES NOT DEPEND ON THE POWER OF LOVE 10.03.2023 1:18
A scrap of food on the floor in the shape of a heart has the same love power to me as a giant heart shape in the sky. Little actions of positivity have the same power as big actions. Our intentions do make a difference in lives. Support the show
NATURE IS FILLING MY LIFE WITH SIGNS 09.03.2023 1:21

GLOWING WITH GRATITUDE 08.03.2023 1:39
Being nonvisual, it is not easy for me to describe what an internal gratitude glow looks like until I saw a beautiful alpine glow turning pink the mountain ranges that we see out our windows. That was what I feel like, and I am so grateful to Nature for showing me. Support the show

This time of year the last of the leaves that have been hanging on the trees all winter long will soon be released by Nature for the new growth coming in the spring. A BENEFIT FROM A SNOWBOUND DAY 04.03.2023 1:24
One of the benefits of being snowbound for a day was enjoying the wonderful banana bread my wife baked, from the smell of it cooking, to the taste of a warm slice, to the good feeling in my stomach while and after eating. It is good for the soul. Support the show
UNSETTLED WEATHER 03.03.2023 1:34
