There is no doubt in my mind that had I not made these changes in my 40’s, I’d be 20lbs heavier, have more belly fat, low in energy, moody & diabetic during my menopause journey. Before 35, I wanted the magic pill to fix me! I was doing A LOT of things right - but uncovered so much & that is what I am going to share with you so that you can make your menopause journey a pleasurable experience! I let go of willpower, deprivation & restriction as strategies to lose belly fat & learned amazing skills I will share with you in this podcast.
