The final day of the 6 Nations is here and Ireland have the ball in their court. Can they do enough to beat France and hold off England? Also a preview of Wales vs Scotland and Italy vs England.

We finally had some Six Nations rugby back in our lives and Ireland get a big win against Italy. We discuss what we liked and a few glaring issues with Saturdays performance. We also chat about 3 massive wins for Connacht, Ulster and Leinster.

We discuss the upcoming 6 Nations game between Ireland and Italy. We go through the starting 15 and bench and give our thoughts on what we like and what we didnt like. We also touch on Exeter winning the Champions cup against Racing 92 and yet another cracking Bledisloe game.

Jarlath Regan who a lot of you know from the Irishman abroad podcast series joins me to talk about Basketball. We both list our top 5 NBA players of all time and give our opinion on the Lebron vs Jordan debate.

Myself and the boys review the past weekends Quarter Finals and give our thoughts on why both Irish teams failed to perform. We also predict the semi-finals and finally decide who our European Player of the Year is.

With the first round of the Playoffs completed and the second round well underway I chat with Jonny Byrne about what we have thought so far, We also go deep on Giannas and what the bucks should do going forward.

We review the two Semi Finals at the weekend which included a frustrating night for Munster and an incredible come back win by Ulster. We also discuss the incredible North vs South Island game on Saturday morning. Why cant this game be every month? We look ahead to the final and we try to convince ourselves that Ulster have a good chance.

We break down the madness that was the Connacht v Munster game and discuss Frank Murphys performance.   We also preview the upcoming Semi-Finals this weekend and why I dont give Munster any chance.   Finally we preview this weekends North vs South game in New Zealand.
