After an entertaining opening round to this years 6 Nations, myself and the lads recap all the action from the 3 games. 

I am joined by the great PaddyPigskin to preview the upcoming Superbowl this Sunday between the Bucaneers and the Chiefs. We talk about just how crazy it is that TB12 is back in another SuperBowl and who has the better weapons on offense and defense. Plus much more. 

Connacht Head Coach Andy Friend joins myself and Westy for a good old chat. We chat about his early days working with Eddie Jones, to being a head coach in Japan, going to the Olympics and finally getting to Connacht. We also chatted about this season for Connacht and get his views on what has been and up and down year. 

Its that time of the year. Myself and the lads preview the opening weekend of the 6 Nations championship.

The Irish squad for the first 2 games of the 6 Nations was released today. We give our thoughts on the squad. We also recap the Munster V Leinster game and the frustrating Connacht game.

Johhny B joins me again to recap 4 great games of American Football from the past weekend. We discuss if Lamar is the real deal, if Brees is done, will Mahomes play and just how good Rodgers looks. We also chat about the upcoming UFC fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier.

I host a therapy session for the boys as we discuss the ending to the Connacht v Munster game. We also discuss if Leinster are back in form. 

What an occasion for the rugby boys of Sam and Westy. Connacht only went and defeated Leinster at the weekend and played some beautiful stuff. We react to the incredible performance on what was an amazing evening. We also react to Ulster remaining unbeaten with a win over Munster. 

Last episode of the year. We recap round 2 of the Champions Cup. Connacht and Ulster with tough losses and two wins for the Juggernaut Munster and Leinster.

Galway golf pro Ronan Mullarney joins me to chat about his amateur career, playing on a team with Viktor Hovland and against Colin Morikawa and Mathhew Wolff, how he deals with a bad round and what the future holds. 

After a full weekend of rugby we review how each province got on. Two spirited defeats for Ulster and Connacht. Two good wins for Munster and Leinster. We also touch on the World Cup draw which took place yesterday.

I am joined by Jimmy Duffy who is Connacht's forwards coach. We chat about how he got into coaching. That infamous 2016 season. And a loom at this weekends massive game against Racing 92. 

The Autumn Nations Cup has drawn to an end and we finally saw a decent Irish performance. We eventually saw a Fiji team play rugby and by god they did not disappoint. An Italy team that continue to frustrate us. And a young French team that scared England.

Paul Mullen grew up on Inis Mor. He then ended up representing USA at the Rugby World Cup in Japan in 2019.  We chatted about his journey to get there and it is a fun one. Was great chatting to Paul, he is a gent and a joy to chat to.
