Its a sad day for us as this is the last episode. We cover the main rugby stories and touch on some of our favourite moments from the last few years. Thank you to everyone who has listened and interacted with us, we really appreciate it.

It was a great effort but Connacht are out of the URC at the Quarter Final stage. Glasgow come out on top and we react to the game and the other quarter finals before discussing Connacht next season and the Leinster situation.

Round 2 in the books and ireland scrape past a brilliant Italy side. We praise the Italians and discuss another poor performance from Ireland.

Myself and Westy are back from Montpellier and we had a great time. We reflect on a great weekend and overall, a very positive performance from some great young talent. We also discuss the rumoured signings coming down West.

Its a new year but unfortunately its more losing for Connacht. Its two InterPro losses in a row but there is some positivity, a new signing!
