Isaiah speaking of the Messiah Jesus to come with Israel being redeemed and Babylon being destroyed in near and far prophecy.  In Roman's 14 we are called not to judge our young brothers weakness with food and customs stumbling them but rather to love them.  If we live or die, we are the Lords.  

The great call of John the Baptist is foretold along with a veiled word of the second coming and that those who have faith will not run or become weary of the work.  All Israel and Jacob are encouraged to look forward to God's renewing.   Romans 13 calls us to obey the governing authorities unless it goes agains God's command, give all their due and to love one another as it is the fulfillment of...

At God's issue, Hezehiah gets a good word concerning Assyria carrying Judah off and a bad word concerning Babylon as a result of his pride.  God moves miraculously for both Hezehiah and Judah.   Romans 12 calls us to walk as real believers, come out of the world and self centeredness to selflessness.  Be of sound judgement.  

Isaiah continues foretelling the downfall, devastation and abandonment of Israel along with hope in the glorious restoration to come.  Judah is invaded by Assyria who tries to manipulate the people to fearfully abandon King Hezekiah.  Romans 11 addresses the deep things of God and understanding salvation and His mercy, always remembering to remain humble as grafted in branches.  

Prophecy repeats of Israel in the north being carried away by captors for being unfaithful to the Lord and their captors also being disciplined by God for taking Israel captive.  A future day is to come of great blessing and peace in the land.  Romans 10 pronounces that salvation is open to everyone upon hearing and believing through messengers with the good news. 

God has condemnation for Jerusalem and Judah due to their rebellion and rejection of Him but He speaks of mercy and grace toward them in the future.  Paul lays out to the Jews that even as Abraham was justified by faith, yet so will others not under that Law but under grace also be justified by their faith as well.  God has the right to offer redemption to whom He desires.

The ongoing prophecies of Hosea, the more Israel sins, the harsher life becomes for them as God yearns for His people. There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus, for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.  

Gomer, Hosea's unfaithful wife who went to northern Israel to live the harlots life, where the priests lack knowledge of God leads to devastation for all the people.  She returns to him in desperation as life disintegrates mirroring prophetically Israel's harlotry and eventual return to worship of God and His raising them up again.  

Hezekiah restores worship of God, being careful to faithfully follow Gods edicts.  Hosea marries a harlot representing Israel's harlotry and yet God remains faithful.  We all do what we don't want to do because of our sin nature yet Jesus redeems us from that sin that reigns in mortal man.  

Hezekiah, king of Judah restores worship in the house of the Lord by the priests, and the people praying humble themselves and are accepted by the Lord.  You are a slave to that which you serve.  Raised and born again, choose to be enslaved by our benevolent master.  

Good king Hezekiah gives the king of Assyria the wealth of the house of the Lord hoping to prevent war, unsuccessfully.  Paul explains the results of justification in that while we were helpless sinners Christ died for us, saving us from the wrath of death.  The law was given as to help us identify sin, Christ came to free us by grace. 

Songs of praise and rejoicing at trusting God and His protection.   God saves by faith, none are saved by the Law.  

Isaiah prophesies against those countries coming against Israel and rebukes Jerusalem for carrying on in revelry unaware while the city is being besieged by Assyria.  Paul gives account of keeping the Law and justification by faith.  God's grace in Christ Jesus.  

The future of Ethiopia and Egypt prophesied and the complete destruction of Damascus as well.  Following the captivity of Israel the worship of God spread into Egypt.  If you are going to live by the Law you will be judged by the Law , no forgiveness for breaking the Law.   If purchased by Christ, live according to the moral code of Jesus and fulfill the Law under Him with forgiveness being grante...

The King of Babylon is judged for desiring to be like the King Most High, resembling the spirit of Satan in his pride and arrogance wanting to be equal to God.  Instead, the final destruction of Israel will not come but instead they will be reestablished.  

An explanation of why Israel was taken captive by Babylon and why they fell along with judgement coming upon Babylon for their unfaithfulness, cruelty and for coming against Israel.  Romans lays out the downward spiral of man without God, knowing about God and choosing to not follow Him but rather worshiping the creation instead of the Creator. 

Ahaz, king of Judah closes the temple down and in trying to appease the Assyrian king compromises worship of God by turning to worshipping Baal.  Paul calls the Corinthian church to examine themselves, not to look the other way from a brothers sin but instead help to restore them.

Prophesied birth of The King in Bethlehem, the real condemnation of God and what God requires of His people for He is the source of Salvation and Light.  Paul pleads to keep the church pure and defends himself against false teachers telling of a vision he had, a thorn in his flesh and his authority of apostleship in Christ.

Micah the prophet (spans thousands of years) foretells the heavenly judgement of God and jumping way ahead, the establishment of God's Kingdom.  Paul defends his authority in the face of people listening to foolish men teaching a gospel other than the truth of Christ.
