I've had a blog for 15 years and it's great and I love it and it gets a load of readers. But then I realised that not everybody has time to read posts, and when I write about people, you can't actually get the voice of the person when you're reading. And I know sometimes that it's very hard to pick up on a context when you're reading words. People's stories best come from them, rather than from me trying to translate what I make of them.
