I have an episode for each month. I record new songs for each episode using my own lyrics, guitar and song-writing. With a BA in psychology, I also became a licensed electrician and successful foreman. Later with academics and healthcare, I published scientific research on "Effective Self-management Strategies" (in mental health). I am a full-time support worker for youth who have diverse challenges. I won nine championships as a coach for minor baseball and have been skydiving eleven times! I aim for Peace, Love and Justice… basically, more wellness for all of our lives.

Generate the Future 25.01.2025 4:05
This is for the new year. I hope it can find a home here. Best intentions.
Brand New Phases 10.08.2024 2:58
We go through phases all the time. If we maintain a certain cognitive strategy through every phase, we will reach closer to our own missions and be more productive. A cognitive strategy could be "Be calm and optimistic" or "Share peace and love." These may seem flowery to some, but they actually work and improve more people's well-being. I am getting this out early in Augus...
Real Time Truth 27.07.2024 3:58
I am still working on this one. My studio is a work in progress. I put a version out yesterday. I am try to take it further, but time and studio functions are still fluid. I hope to hear from YOU soon. This song is about real time truth. I feel that if we work together to share accuracy and clarity in our perspectives of reality it can help more of us.
Long Weekend (Time Off) 24.06.2024 3:06
Because there is not much time in the work week to record music, I have been back and forth with this one. Not sure how far to take it…. This was recorded on June 20, 2024. I finally have a version that stands up! If we all got time to do what we want, we would likely find more peace and productivity together. This is about enjoying our time off, and just getting some time in the first place. ☮️
Most People Care 23.05.2024 3:18
This is a song that i completed “as is” since last month. Yes it could develop more but I want to get it out this month. The song is about caring for the world. Sometimes we are oblivious, but I think that we should try to reach out past that and make a positive difference!
Ways to Demonstrate 20.04.2024 3:34
I found this in my attic. Well… seriously… I usually write my lyrics in one or two sittings. If I like them and I have time, I put guitar to it and post it. It just happens upstairs, and incorporates everything that I can imagine to make things better in the time I have and with what I intend to offer, fresh guitar and vocals or whatever. ☮️
Pathways (Gridlock) 12.03.2024 4:50
This song was featured in my first episode for this podcast, but the guitar part did not originally match up. I have made some progress in playing lead and singing at the same time, since then. This is an improvement. I'm not looking for perfect. I am looking for an example of the lyrics with guitar, so that I have a starting point. This song was written around 2003. It has not been played with th...
Chasing All Our Dreams 22.01.2024 3:10
I wrote this song this week. Some snow days in there, but once the lyrics were started, the music happened fast. This is the quickest production time for my podcast episodes, (writing lyrics to publishing episode) but I think this episode still stands out with good lyrics and guitar work. Rough but flowing. Message consistent: Promote peace.
All That We Believe 18.01.2024 2:44
New lyrics are about thinking. Belief. The song has developed so far, very fast. As usual, I am going to publish at a fresh stage. I like the guitar work. With some input and collaboration on all these songs, there are great possibilities untapped,
Direction to Taste 09.12.2023 3:32
This is fresh. Brand new. The guitar ideas have just formed now. The lyrics share some different angles in a themed poem that I just wrote. It’s about taste.
Strangers Enough 28.11.2023 4:43
This is what it is. It is about the lyrics and guitar, completed in one month. Sure I would like drums and bass, and it would evolve from there. Better vocals and guitar? Leave your comments! :)
Super Connection 19.10.2023 5:05
The lyrics were written in September just prior to recording. The lyrics are about remembering the connection to life and nature, at all times. We are connected and we should respect that. Be cool. Be kind.
Oh My 17.09.2023 4:29
I wrote the lyrics in October 2022. I printed them off and then discovered them just prior to recording, almost a year later in September 2023. All I'm really looking for here is an example of how my lyrics can be put to music, hopefully with some nice guitar. I think these licks are tasty.
We Build Ourselves Up 04.09.2023 4:51
This was worked on over the summer of 2023. The lyrics were written in June. This song has some break-through moments. I experiment with my voice. The guitar work is good. The second solo is one of my best recorded solos. More imagery with the elements.
Peace Arriving: Echo 16.05.2023 5:20
These lyrics were written in October 2022. I made some major changes and went with a transportation theme, with a focus especially on trains, but also planes and driving. The lyrics evolve from a cinema-like image of being tied to the railway track. The guitar seems to be mostly hard rock.
Serpent Desires 01.03.2023 3:53
These lyrics were written in November 2022. This continues with the rock/metal edge. The lyrics seem suggestive while a metaphor for life. Strong lyrics. Nice guitar work.
Caring is All that is Needed 07.01.2023 3:06
These lyrics were written in December 2022. This is one of my strongest hard rock riffs, to compliment or even contrast the loving, caring lyrics. Nice solo work too!
Full of Dreams 09.09.2022 2:59
The lyrics were written in July and August 2022. The guitar is catchy, building on the metal/rock feel of the previous episode. The solo work is good. This is basically a love song.
Awake 30.05.2022 3:33
These lyrics are written in March 2022. The guitar is fresh, with a few decent solos. I don’t want to offend anyone, but I think this has a punk feel. I enjoy the imagery of waves here and the message to be awake to the world, caring and understanding.
Mood of the Day 28.04.2022 3:27
The lyrics came to me in March 2022. The guitar quickly followed the lyrics. My studio is at home. Volume is often a concern. This is electric unplugged with almost a jazzy feel?
Rock Bottom of Your Giving Heart 12.04.2022 3:52
The lyrics for this were written in March 2022. They were originally inspired by a picture of a boat by our old hydro-generator plant and dam. The lyrics developed into meaning about giving all we have for those that need it. The guitar came to me fast, with a great solo at the end.
Focus on Connection 11.03.2022 4:42
I wrote these lyrics in September 2021. They stuck in my head and quickly the guitar came and was recorded. This is one of my bluesy rock riffs. The lyrics are simple about making and maintaining connection with others.
The Mind’s Back Door 11.02.2022 6:01
I wrote this song in the early 1990’s, including the guitar riff and lyrics. I performed it at least twice at “The Acoustic Cafe” at the university pub. This is one of the only songs that I was able to play with my own lyrics. The lyrics are about consciousness and the mind.
Achieve Every Breath 24.01.2022 4:17
I wrote these lyrics in November 2021. The guitar happened fast, once I started singing to it. The vocals were raw, and without rehearsal. They improve with time. This is about optimism and working towards our achievements, including peace and love.
Life Rocks 14.01.2022 5:43
This song as played here was originally recorded on November 16, 2021. The lyrics were written in October 2021. This is a break through song for my guitar, (rhythm and lead) and came together very quickly. The lyrics are self-explanatory. Life and love rock. We have to also work to make that happen and have those feelings, but when they come through, nothing beats them.
