I have an episode for each month. I record new songs for each episode using my own lyrics, guitar and song-writing. With a BA in psychology, I also became a licensed electrician and successful foreman. Later with academics and healthcare, I published scientific research on "Effective Self-management Strategies" (in mental health). I am a full-time support worker for youth who have diverse challenges. I won nine championships as a coach for minor baseball and have been skydiving eleven times! I aim for Peace, Love and Justice… basically, more wellness for all of our lives.

*Bright Depth* 14.01.2022 2:14
This song as played here was originally recorded on November 30, 2021. The lyrics were written in January 2020. The far out and brilliant Deepak Chopra expressed love for them on then, Twitter. Another song about optimism, this is currently my only episode/song played on acoustic guitar.
Days 14.01.2022 4:39
This song as played here was originally recorded on October 28, 2021. The lyrics were written in the mid- 90’s, along with the guitar ideas. The song is about experiences in life and a question of our existence alone and together. There is also reflection on hard days, institutions and relief.
Ritualization (Soul Occupation) 14.01.2022 4:15
This song as played here was originally recorded on October 15, 2021. The lyrics were written around 2005. The guitar is new. The song is about stages in life, and “ritualization” or graduations in life based on successful rituals, from infancy, to child and youth life to all levels of adulthood.
Everybody Breathe 14.01.2022 3:08
This song as played here was originally recorded on October 13, 2021. The lyrics are from September 2020. The guitar was developed decades ago, but not expanded on as much until this episode. This song is again about optimism, learning how to relax and how I appreciate life.
Do we make it? (Daily Quest) 14.01.2022 3:47
This song as played here was originally recorded on October 8, 2021. The guitar was started within a couple weeks of recording. The lyrics are from over a decade before that. This is another hard rock poem about optimism. This is the best lead guitar that I had recorded up till this point. Getting the amp out.
I’m in a Far Away Place… 14.01.2022 4:37
This song as played here was originally recorded on September 15, 2021. The lyrics were written two weeks prior to that. The song happened in a couple takes. Maybe it needs some follow-through on some of the lyrics, but it is fitting and revolves around the idea that we largely go unheard in today’s society. This is unfortunate when we are trying to have a positive influence.
Any Situation 14.01.2022 2:50
This song as played here was originally recorded on September 23, 2021. The lyrics were written in the previous week. The song to me is just about fighting for what’s best, no matter what happens. Easy to say, but a life-long challenge to engage in, for the most success!
Premonition Now 14.01.2022 3:44
This song was originally recorded on September 2nd, 2021 and mixes lyrics with spoken poetry. The words were written around the mid -1990’s. The guitar also started then, but changed by 2021. The title reflects a whole range of experience. The water reference comes from an evening experience in the sparkling surf. The “cloudy crowd” references the pessimism that I encountered in certain crowds. Th...
Steady 14.01.2022 5:11
This is my first podcast episode. Each episode is a song with my lyrics, guitar and a brief introduction. This episode was recorded on August 20th, 2021. As my first standing podcast episode, I am sharing music as it comes together, without thinking about what some podcast episodes might sound like. The lyrics and basic guitar for this song were written in the early 1990’s. In 2021 I learned how t...
