Lupa's Bits the Podcast

This week Florida Man takes it a bit too far, and again fills us with the desire to avoid the state at all costs. She starts off with a bit of housekeeping and dives into why she lives in Tornado Alley. She shares her memories of the worst tornado to hit her area and share some fun facts on just about anything.

This week starts off with an apology and an explaination. Lupa travels down memory lane and honors not only the anniversary of her Dad's passing but the passing of a dear friend recently. The mood then lightens tremendously as she gets into Fun Fact Friday and what will now forever be known as Florida Man Friday.

This week Lupa gets a little reminiscent as she dedicates the show to three people she loved and lost. She gets off to a chaotic start as she wanders away on a tangent that leads to some heartfelt feelings about her Dad and two others she misses dearly. This week Lupa relaxes at home, and decides to dye her hair. She adds a new segment about freaky things in Florida and it becomes a train wreck. She wants to stop but can't. She then retreats to her comfortable Fun Fact Friday and answers a listeners request.

This week brings on some melancholy as Lupa reminisces about her Dad, the number 5, the loss of her Muse and the recent death of someone she once knew. Though riddles with jokes and funny stories there is a level of sadness to this week's ramblings.

This week sees Lupa saying goodbye. She talks about her day at the beach, gives some fun facts about the Lake she was swimming in, and wraps things up with some words of wisdom.

This week marks the beginning of the next 52. Lupa talks about her week, her arms and hits the fun facts with a question and answer period and then takes a hard stance on a serious issue.

This week is a special one as Lupa welcomes several guests to celebrate her one year of podcasts. We meet some of her family and a few of her long time friends. This is the episode we get to know her before she was famous.

This week, Lupa starts out feeling kind of blah, with a don't care attitude, which doesn't change much with the fun facts. She whips out Loki and the mood changes drastically. She discusses all the hats she is wearing and a possible collaboration with Joe at JayZoModcast.

This week we start out nice and sweet and calm with some housekeeping and a new segment called Fun Fact Friday, then things take a turn. What was originally supposed to be some educational information and a little rant, turned into a rant and a plain old tongue lashing.
