Living In The Third Degree With BPD

So in this episode I talk about an embarrassing thing I've been doing and how i created a second personality which I call my digital personality it's the only way that I can find out the true feelings of how my wife thinks about me I think you'll enjoy this episode but it was very hard for me to admit this kind of deceptive but useful tool I've been doing with all good intentions.

In this episode this is a part one of a part 2 episode of taking advice of family members and staying away for at least a month with no communication and see if she can appreciate all the things I was doing for her including love and attention and financial support....

I'm passing on my advice on the outline that I use that's been mostly effective when we're not together it's not so much an apology letter but it's a general letter outlining that I don't like arguing not putting anybody at flame but saying how much I love her and how I'm willing to discuss things proactively before they turn into an argument hopefully this could work for you.

After 6 weeks of being together and most of it being like heaven she opened up to me we had great talks and the worst time in her life she did everything she could to make me leave so I did.

This episode is what I've been experienced over the past 6 weeks since me and my wife have gotten back together.
