I’m going to talk about how I deal with anxiety at the holidays. How I have a rocky relationship with my family. I will talk about how I been dealing with the holidays this year.

How I cope with anxiety and anxiety attacks. I talk about what causes me anxiety. What coping skills I do when I’m having anxiety. I talk about ask for help when my anxiety attacks are bad. I tell you who my support system is. If you to live with anxiety leave in comments how you deal with anxiety

I talk about when mental health is getting worst. Signs to look for and when to sync help. I talk about when my mental health got to the point I needed help.

I’m going to be talking triggers and how to respond. I will be talking about my triggers and how I cope with it. I will give examples on being triggers. I will talk about coping with triggers.

I talk about dealing with the loss of my Dad. I will be interviewing my best friend Lauren. She also loss her Dad this year. We will talking how we’re dealing with it. I will be talking to my oldest daughter about how she dealing with the loss of grandpa.

I talk about my girls and some are routine we do. Talk about jerilynn dad and Bella dad how we getting along and do what’s best for the girls. Both dad’s are part of my support system and I appreciate that. I talk about self care and how I’m working on do it daily.
