I am just confused about how we became this desperate out here. How did we get into a space where we are NOW getting men from the jailhouse? What got us to this space of being ok with dating a man behind bars?

There is a true difference between confidence and ego. Confidence is the ability to understand your worth, value, and purpose while staying humble. The ego is dominant, uncertain, and aggressive with a lack of understanding of value, worth, and purpose.

Easier said than done, I know! Learning to love and honor yourself will be one of the hardest things you've ever accomplished. Letting go of expectations and old habits to adapt to new ones will be extremely challenging. We've forgotten how to love ourselves, many will find it while others will die trying.

Unfortunately, many of us women have been taught that our value is in how well we take care of others and keep house. We've lost ourselves and forgotten how valuable we truly are to this world. We have value beyond caring for others, our power isn't in caring for others it's in understanding our purpose here and what the creator has asked us to do on this mission called life.

So, we all know these are my thoughts and revelations from meditation sessions. Karma, is it a real thing or is it made up? Sometimes if we dig a bit deeper into things we may discover new meanings.

Ok, there is a lot to unload here. We spend so many moments pointing at others, we fail to realize that we too can be the problem. When life isn't going as planned, baby that's on you and nobody else. Listen as I share my thoughts on YOU being the problem...

Harboring things creates disease within the body. Even though we say we've let some shit go, our subconscious is still holding on to it. This is why we have things like "triggers". When you don't FULLY release the pain and suffering you are experiencing it starts to show up as illness within you.

Sometimes we don't value ourselves. We legit set ourselves down to accommodate others. We really value others' thoughts, space, etc over our own. We keep adjusting our lives to meet the standards of man instead of the standards of the creator, GOD. We can't thrive performing less than what we should be based on the creator's expectations. 

Wheww to keep this bias I will hold my TRUE thoughts. lmao!!! Friendships can be healthy, however, many relationships are built on delusions and lies. lmao!! As long as the rollercoaster ain't bumpy, we are thick as thieves. Life starts doing Life and we fall out! That type of uncertainty is insanity. 

Unfortunately, we dishonor this space and really find reasons why honoring that space isn't a possibility. We dishonor the area we need to thrive and be fruitful without strife. However, for the sake of human temptations of the flesh, we disgrace the space that keeps us safe and well. This power is one that must be practiced daily to keep it sharp. Chile this episode is from a revelation moment I had in therapy. Learning how people introduce you and honor your name is critical in how you decipher who to allow around you. The way people speak about you in your presence as well as abscence is important to pay attention to. Hate can be shown right in your face if you pay attention. Being aware is how you protect your peace.
