the second chance drawing for the one-time two-day london marathon was today. did you get in? do they tell you which day you run? or are all the second chancers on the same day?

spent a week in utah with the fam. took the family for a hike, took my daughter for a trail run and she came back with only one mild injury, and tore a shoe while runningthere's a lot of packages to get to today

i'll have a lot of family travel this summer, and things are starting to ramp up

finishing up the four packages i didn't get to last time, plus another pair of shoes that arrived. grandma's is this weekend, and the weather looks impeccable. summer dad doubles are in full swing.

i was visiting my sister last week, and so many packages came while we were gone. i'll try to get through them all

it's summertime and my kids are out of school, so to keep them off their ipads, i have to keep them occupied with hikes, swims, extra long dog walks, and skating. it's a whole other level of training for me.

the summer months are always some of the busiest when it comes to new shoe drops. so i'll be unboxing some new shoes for testing. i am pretty sure none of these are under embargo

it's starting to warm up here in Crystal Lake. Do I still need to sit in the sauna? or can i just stand by a corn field.

Satisfy went to the desert. everyone seemed to enjoy an opportunity over the weekend to mock them about it at least we're not dogpiling on an influencer in a cringey misogynist kind of way. so i'll take this as growth

I feel like I am finally back to my regular routine after a tough couple weeks of travel, but my phone keeps stealing my time. So I'm taking it to the next level. I'm turning off my phone (i'm not getting rid of it - just actually turning it off as a default)And i think I have some ideas for the next steps

Just when I thought things couldn't get any more amazing than what we saw in Boston, less than one week later, the London Marathon gave us some things I never thought I'd see. I went to urgent care, and apparently, I've had bronchitis this whole time. Also, let's do some unboxing.

in the span of a couple days, I had two international trips get cancelled on me in the last minute. It's pretty annoying. But, I did get a different international trip put back on to the calendar. so, there are some updates that will affect the livestream schedule.
