Deuteronomy 25-27, Psalms 92,Acts 3 Peter begins his ministry in Acts 3. Psalms 92 is a power chapter to read when you have doubt and need confidence. Moses teaches rituals and repetition to help the people solidify a new identity.

Deuteronomy 23-24, Psalms 91,Acts 2 Peter makes his big debut and the Holy Spirit makes His grand entrance. Acts 2 is such a grand introduction to the church and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Psalms 91 is my mom’s favorite passage to gain strength from on a daily basis. Moses is now giving the Israelites clear bullet point instructions on how to live holy and be set apart.

Deuteronomy 21-22, Psalms 90,Acts 1 Acts written by Luke is the sequel to the Gospels. Psalms 90 sounds very down hearted which is so raw and transparent. I am not a fan of Deuteronomy 21-22 because I don’t grasp it well. But we read not to comprehend every detail but to be faithful and let the word speak to our soul.

Deuteronomy 19-20, Psalms 89,John 21 This is the last chapter of John. The book of John is a favorite book to read for anyone who is just beginning reading the Bible. Psalms 89 speaks of the anointing of David. Deuteronomy Moses continues to prepare the people to govern themselves.

Deuteronomy 17-18,Psalms 88,John 20 Moses talks about occult practices, worshiping false gods, how set up judges, how to set up offerings and so much more. Psalms 88 is a psalm of anguish that is raw and real. John 20 Jesus is not in the tomb. He breathed the Holy Spirit on the disciples.

Deuteronomy 15-16,Psalms 87,John 19 Moses summarizes all the festivals to honor. He also tells them to cancel all debts every 7 years and free any servants every 7 years. Psalms 87 is a song or a poem that leaves me wondering what it means. John 19 Jesus gets crucified ✝️

Deuteronomy 13-14,Psalms 86,John 18 Moses teaches about tithes, how to eat kosher and not being tempted into worshiping false gods. Psalms 86 is prayer of David. Read David’s prayers as a clue into how to be authentic, vulnerable and honest with God. John 18 Jesus gets arrested. Golden verse is 37 where Jesus tells the reason he was born and came into the world.

Deuteronomy 11-12 Psalms 85, John 17 This was such a fun one! Jesus is showing his tender loving character. 💗 Psalms 85 talks about revival. I’m Deuteronomy Moses uses lots of repetition to impress on the people what is important to remember. 🤪

Deuteronomy 9-10,Psalms 84,John 16 Moses tells the people how God is going to win the battles for them but don’t get full of arrogance as if they did it in their own strength. He wants them to remember all that God did. Psalms 84is a beautiful psalms worth meditating on. John 16 Jesus reiterates how awesome it is going to be when the Holy Spirit comes.

Deuteronomy 7-8, Psalms 83, John 15 Jesus talks about LOVE and I elaborated with my viewpoint 😉. Moses talks about how to stay close to God and talks about LOVE 💗 Psalms 82 seems like a battle cry for God to show up and take out the enemy’s like He did in the past.

Deuteronomy 5-6,Psalms 82,John 14 Moses reminds the people how to live when they enter the promise land. John 14 Jesus talks about salvation and the Holy Spirit. Jesus also gives us a peek into heaven.

Deuteronomy 3-4, Psalms 81, John 13 This was a good one!! Moses is really going deep into illustrating the nature of God. Psalms 81 is a song used to remind the people of their history. John 13 Jesus gives the disciples his final lessons at the last supper.

Deuteronomy 1-2, Psalms 80, John 12 John 12 is so full of gold!! Jesus speaks wisdom, God speaks a message, Jesus is hailed as King, Jesus tells of his death. Psalms 80 is the people crying out to God but their hearts have not changed yet. Deuteronomy is a book written by Moses to the Israelites before they enter the promise land.

Numbers 35-36, Psalms 79, John 11 This concludes the book of Numbers. Congrats!! Psalms 79 is anguish cry out to God. John 11 Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead and the Pharisees plot to kill Jesus.

Numbers 33-34, Psalms 78, John 10 John 10 Jesus goes into details of who he is to us so that we can know our identity in him. Psalms 78 is a HUGE chapter of a discussion and summary of God. Numbers 33-34 God is preparing the people to occupy the land in an orderly way.

Numbers 31-32, Psalms 77, John 9 So many gold nuggets in John 9. Jesus is investing the time to teach and transform the heart of the people. Psalms 77 is a passage of someone in distress. Numbers 31-32 is God taking the people into battle and teaching them propped behavior.

Numbers 29-30, Psalms 76, John 8 John 8 is another power house chapter of Jesus dropping some wisdom. Psalms 76 a passage of victory celebration. Numbers 29-30 talks about festival celebrations and vows.

Numbers 27-28, Psalms 75, John 7 Numbers 27 Joshua succeeded Moses and Zelophehad’s daughters get the inheritance. John 7 Jesus speaks eloquently and truthfully causing the crowds to be amazed and confused.

Numbers 25-26, Psalms 74, John 6 John 6 is such a MUST read!!!!! Jesus shocks the world with his words. Psalms 74 is a desperate plea for God to show up. Numbers 25 is such a sad story. This is a podcast so worth a listen 🎤 On Spotify Kingdom.think

Numbers 23-24, Psalms 73, John 5 John 5 is worth reading over and over!! Jesus explains salvation in detail! Psalms 73 is written by Asaph the director of music for king David. I pondered on Numbers 23 and 24 for a long time. Listen to the podcast for my final epiphany.

Numbers 21-22, Psalms 72, John 4 The wars begin!!! Psalms 72 sounds like a Psalm about Solomon written by Solomon. John 4 Jesus foreshadows salvation through Jesus.

Numbers 19-20, Psalms 71, John 3 John 3 another FAVORITE ❤️. Jesus has a deep conversation with Nicodemus about the spirit realm. Psalms 71 continues to give us a great example of how to open our heart to God. Numbers 19 is about water cleansing. Numbers 20 Moses brings water from a rock, Aaron dies, Miriam dies and God tells Moses that he will not enter the promise land. A lot going on in chapter...

Numbers 17-18, Psalms 70, John 2 Jesus turns water to wine in John 2. God puts an end to all the arguing in Numbers 17. Psalms 70 short and sweet easy read.

Numbers 14-15, Psalms 68, Luke 24 Luke 24 Jesus is risen from the dead on the 3rd day. This is what the Bible is all about and why we read it. Jesus is not just a good prophet because he actually came back to life as it was prophesied in the Old Testament. Numbers 14 is such a dramatic story of the rebellious Israelites.
