Malachi 1,2,3&4 Malachi means “my messenger” and this small book is so concise with a arrow sharp message to the Israelites and us. He loves us. He wants us to follow His laws so we can avoid pain and suffering. He wants us to remember and learn the good and bad from our ancestors. He wants us to honor and be faithful to Him. Malachi illustrates how good God is.

Zechariah 13&14 These 2 chapters have left my spirit so charged up. To get glimmers into the spirit realm where God resides is the greatest gift.

Zechariah 10,11&12 These 3 chapters give insight into the coming Messiah. We know this because we know the story of Jesus. Can you imagine how the people felt when they heard strange messages of spiritual things?

Zechariah 7,8&9 Chapter 7 God reminds them to check their heart when they do religious rituals. Chapter 8 God talks about the promise to bless Jerusalem. Chapter 9 is very exciting because we see prophetic clues into the coming Messiah. The Lord also gives beautiful picture of the blessings that will be poured out to His people.

Zechariah 4,5&6 God uses bold and profound imagery to illustrate the spiritual realm. So wonderful that the God of the Bible is not afraid to speak challenging topics like the unseen world.

Zechariah 1,2&3 As we wind down the last 2 books of the Bible reading it is time for me and you to fully comprehend the spirit realm. God is giving a window into what is come and the beautiful interactions of the spiritual realm. If you let it, this book will change your life.

Haggai 1 God gives the exiled people that have returned from Babylon to Judah a message to build His temple. He reminds them to not become too complacent and comfortable.

Zephaniah 1,2&3 God clearly outlines the wrongs of different groups of people and the consequences they will suffer. Chapter 3 describes the restoration to the remnants who do follow God and His ways. Zephaniah is a beautiful book of God’s awesomeness and power.

Habakkuk 1,2&3 Have you ever wondered if God is in control why does evil so often win? If so, you will identify with Habakkuk. Most prophets spoke to the people on behalf of God but in this book Habakkuk speaks to God on behalf of the people.

Nahum 1,2&3 If you want to know how to hear the voice of God you need to read the books of the prophets. God is so very angry with Nineveh. Is this just a historical story or is Nineveh the spiritual stronghold in your life? God is so clear on what they did and why they will suffer the consequences.

Micah 4,5,6&7 If you really want to know the heart of God read some these smaller books of the Bible like Micah. God demonstrates such mercy, truth, clarity, emotion, love, passion, power, anguish and hope.

Micah 1,2&3 God loves His people but at this point they are so stubborn that they don’t listen to the prophet Micah.

Jonah 1,,2,3&4 If you haven’t read the story of Jonah directly in the Bible it is worth the read. There is always a golden thread that God has placed in ever passage just for you in a specific time.

Obadiah 1 The key verse i found in Obadiah is verse 15 “as you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head.” To me that is the golden message.

Amos 7,8&9 God is giving details of the consequences the people will suffer for their sins. Of course God always gives hope. Chapter 9 God describes how He will restore Israel.

Amos 4,5&6 God uses a shepherd to call out the injustice committed by the wealthy and powerful.

Amos 1,2&3 Have you ever read Amos? Amos was a shepherd from Judah who God spoke through. His message was to the wealthy and powerful because they were exploiting the poor and defenseless.

Joel 1,2&3 In this episode we cover the entire book of Joel. God uses the metaphor of locusts to explain how Israel and Judah will be invaded. Chapter 2&3 reveal amazing guidance and hope for the coming redemption.

Hosea 13&14 In this episode I read aloud all of chapter 13 & 14 because it is too good to not read word for word. God amazing love and compassion is illustrated in both chapters.

Hosea 10,11&12 Chapter 10 God gives detailed account of Israelites wrong choices. Chapter 11 shows Gods amazing and abounding mercy. Chapter 12 illustrates that for now His people are still not awake in awareness and repentance.

Hosea 7,8&9 God is so clear as He outlines the details of the sinful life of the people. As you read allow your spirit to wake up to wisdom and knowledge.

Hosea 4,5&6 God has used the story of the life of Hosea to illustrate how the Israelites are like the promiscuous wife and He is like Hosea.

Hosea 1,2&3 Movies and books have been written about the story of Hosea yet it is really on 2 chapters of the entire book of Hosea. God was so brilliant to illustrate how the Israelites were behaving using a real life story.

Daniel 10,11&12 Daniel has visions that are so vivid and awesome that he is awe struck and fatigued. Trust that as you read these chapter you will not fully understand logically but your spirit will gain insight and wisdom.

Daniel 7,8&9 Daniel is getting profound visions and dreams of the end times. Angels are helping him understand even though you and I may not fully understand. It is ok if you don’t fully understand because those are some of the mysteries that your spirit will understand as you continue to read the Bible and pray.
