Dino Venti joins Amanda and Baron to share what inspired him to bring a healthy food option to downtown Salem, Oregon over 29 years ago.

John Withers, creator of 4EverStory, joins the conversation from Sydney Australia and shares several other examples of people who have created digital stories. John Jackson also shares why he is wearing BLUE for his dad.

After Baron shares about the GoTeam Ozzy Brown event, John Jackson joins the conversation to talk about how to create a "4EverStory". He gives a great example of a 104 year old gentleman who survived the attack at Pearl Harbor and now has it digitally saved FOREVER.

Baron and Amanda demonstrate some moderate exercises as Rod Stanley take them through the proper techniques, and a FEW that are a little more serious.

Rod Stanley joins Baron and Amanda to discuss what MODERATE exercise means, how valuable it is, and where to start. Rod then goes through the beginning steps  to help clients with 'functional movement'.

Deciding the do the Polar Plunge was definitely stepping outside the box for everyone involved. NOW it's about the kids helped in Special Olympics.  Baron and Stephanie also reveal the "Colors of Cancer GALA"  planned for later in the year during the 2025 season.

Stephanie Bobb and Baron relive the past several HONORING evenings from the earyly days in Jan. 2020 with a $300 budget to Stephanie getting involved and then making the decision to stop doing Jan. and start doing March. 

Manny Martinez shares his perspective on an area of the world his family is from, Dominican Republic in comparison to Haiti which occupies the same island. 

Manny Martinez joins Amanda and Baron to share the events of the Sept. 11, 2001 attack in NYC from his perspective being there, then Baron shares what cancer rates are like now that area. 

Elana Emlen from the Northwest Sarcoma Society joins the conversation as she shares how her deceased husband, Matt's cancer journey inspired her to make bringing awareness to Sarcoma Cancer her life mission. 

Dr. Andrew Isaksen joins Amanda and Baron again to share his cancer story in regards to sarcoma cancer. Now as a 10 year survivor he feels blessed to be part of the 20% who pass the 5 year mark with ONLY surgery.

Owen Kenney calls in from Junction, TX with a great alternative to support cells during treatment and potentially reverse the damage to the cells when it comes to Cancer.

Ashlie joins Amanda and Baron as everyone shares their favorite memories of the many amazing guests during 2024. 

Russ shares his cancer journey through 2023 and 2024 as tumors were found in his lungs and brain. He also shares how his scans now indicate the tumors are gone from those areas.  Russ' positive attitude shows up in his current outlook as well.

Russ Hedge joins Amanda and Baron to reflect on past events that Russ was involved in regarding GoTeamJennifer Beaumont. Russ shares telling the news to Baron, in Nov 2022, that he had cancer and how his family handled the news.

Amanda and Baron continue their conversation with Robin Paulissen about the Adult Pathways program.  Of the five negative emotions Baron shares how sadness became depression years ago and how grateful he is that he went through this course.

Robin Paulissen, director of the Pathways program with Kickin'  Cancer, addresses the traumas in our lives that can lead to minor or major negative emotions that do not allow us to process our lives.  As Amanda says, "This gives you tools in your toolbox to use when needed."

Andrew Holbert connects the cancer dots in regard to 'burn pit'  and how in his opinion they could become the Agent Orange of his generation. He also shares his connection to the Kickin' Cancer message, which is both his mom and a few of the vets at Courtney place.

Andrew Holbert, Executive Director for Courtney's Place - Affordable Housing for Vets, joins Amanda and Baron to share his own military experiences, but before his enlistment, during his time in the middle east, and after as he began advocating for vets.  He also share about the toxic elements our current vets are being exposed to. 

Dr. Erin Hurley MD continues to talk to Baron and Amanda as she tells her own cancer journey story AFTER taking preventive steps. She also gives tips on what you can do. 

Dr. Erin Hurley MD joins Amanda and Baron for a discussion about how she, as a former practicing doctor, is now focused on helping heal the healers.  Plus how her sister's BRCA 2+ breast cancer diagnosis triggered a need for Erin to get checked too.

Kari Roper RN, Baron and Amanda continue their discussion about the "Solution to your body's Pollution" by focusing on environmental toxins. Specifically the heavy metals in our daily life. 

Kari Roper RN joins Amanda and Baron to talk about the three causes of inflammation; Diet/Lifestyle, Toxins in our environment and Stress. This part of the discussion focuses on FOOD with a focus on THEN and NOW.

Melinda Bachini calls in from Billings, MT a day before her Cancerversary. 15 years ago she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Terminal Bile Duct Cancer. Now she is 7 years N.E.D (no evidence of disease). She offers HOPE so other can be here longer too.

Baron and Amanda spend time honoring Marianne McNally's memory and talking about several event from Oct. 26 to Nov. 20 that she was able to do before passing.  They also HONOR her father for his time during WWII.
