I needed someone to talk to, and remembered why I started this crowncast in the first place... to have meaningful conversations with self outside of my head. I’ve been enjoying listening to where I was when I was recording this daily. #TimeCapsule. I look forward to my great grandkids hearing this one day.

The ECO foundation creatively educates and inspires people through art entertainment and fashion while connecting them to opportunities to better themselves and their communities. This work we are doing cannot be done alone, and we have so much further to go. In the meantime between time we are counting our blessings.

I challenge you to talk to someone new today. I will work to be a better place if we just have more open and honest and candid communication. Hopefully we can see our neighbors for who they are and build a stronger sense of community.
