We celebrate Deanne (Mimi Maynard) and her meatiest (pate-est?) part on H2H in "Murder is a Man's Best Friend". Yes, listener, it's a wakka wakka episode, but it's counter balanced by Ruby's style (our secondary Hart Girl this episode).

Three cheers ain't enough for Carrie Nye as our Hart Girl "Laura Bancroft". And if anyone can get in touch with Don Roos about coming on this podcast, hit me up.

This week's Hart Girl is Peggy Mullen from "You Made Me Kill You" and we love her just as much now as we did then. Trigger warning, Joe and Erik trigger the fuck out of Ellen in multiple ways to the point that it's just cruel and unusual, but the laughter never ceases.

Another of our favorite Hart Girls, Robin Wall from "Hartstruck" is the topic at hand! Also, um, we might be kinda stalkery.

This week's "Hart Girl" is Rose "Rolls" MacCready in season 1's "A Question of Innocence". Has anyone heard from John?

Our Hart Girl this week is Scottie (and Mary, aka Pandemic Scottie) played by the truly fabulous Lois Chiles in the episode "The Latest in High Fashion Murder". From runway to go away, high fashion to high fever, Lois has the range.

Hart Girl Summer heats up with one of our favorite villains, M.B. (Martha Bookman, Maria Bonaventure, etc) in the episode "Harts on the Run". Whether it's tiny dagger Tuesday or revolver Wednesday, M.B. is our weapon of choice.

We're back home for HART GIRL SUMMER!!! First up is a revisit of "Hit Jennifer Hart", the official first episode of the series, to discuss the ultimate "Hart Girl" Jennifer Hart! You may wonder what we could possibly have left to say about a Hart to Hart episode, and to that I simply say "generational vaginas".

We followed Jonathan Demme to his 1986 classic Something Wild for the finale of our first season of Chain Reaction! AND we were treated to a very special message from a true legend!

We followed David Cronenberg to 1985's Into the Night, a classic from John Landis. We went a little long, but we could have gone a lot longer just discussing the "rococaine" interiors. Watch before you listen, please!

We followed Craig Sheffer to Midian in 1990's Nightbreed (The Director's Cut) by horror/fantasy master Clive Barker. Though the consensus is that the theatrical version is "better", there truly is no winning if you're not a 13 year old gay in 1990. Special appearance by Corey J Brewer who endured the 3.5 hour "Cabal Cut" and is somehow still speaking to us.

We followed James Garner to 1993's Fire in the Sky. If you're just joining us, Ellen hates ET.

We followed Stefanie Powers to The Rockford Files "The Real Easy Red Dog" and are SO happy that we did! We've also struck gold with a perfect casting for a reboot of this series.

We followed Jonathan Frakes back to our "homeland" of Hart to Hart with "Harts and Palms"! Will we have the same opinion of this episode as we did two years ago?

We followed Bebe Neuwirth to Star Trek: The Next Generation "First Contact" (S4:E15) and we wrangled "trekspert" Brooks Peck onto the show! In this episode, we are asked to join the federation of Trekkies and we decline. (not really, they didn't want us)

We spoil the hell outta this movie in record time, so please proceed with caution. We followed George C. Scott to 1993's Malice and man oh man we had a time.

We followed Melvyn Douglas to 1979's The Changeling! We talk all of the ghosty things, including seance cones? Anyone know what the hell that was? Anybody?

We followed Charles Laughton to The Old Dark House (1932) and we had a potato, smashed a lamp, and had a boring romance. Join us, won't you?

We followed Robert Mitchum to 1955's Night of the Hunter! We brought back one of our favorite guests Corey J. Brewer to discuss this once maligned, now lauded (camp?) classic! Hope you aren't triggered by hymns.

AUDIO ISSUES at the beginning, but we kinda figure them out. Anyway, who the hell has to "retake" drama class during summer school???

We followed Joe Grifasi to 1994's controversial classic Natural Born Killers and regardless of how we felt about the movie, we had a great time discussing it for three goddamn hours. Strap in, kids.

Following Sara Botsford to 1982's Still of the Night proved to be a great move! Even better, we got to have Guy 5teen (aka Travis Vogt from The Suspense is Killing Us Podcast) back to talk about how awesome harmonica music is.

We followed Terence Stamp from...erotic..Canada?... to the 1986 Manhattan art scene in the film Legal Eagles, a favorite of Ellen's and Erik's, but will Joe be charmed by this legit mess of a movie? Or will it cause him to question the entirety of the podcast and his understanding of performance art? Listen to find out.

We forced Travis Vogt (The Suspense is Killing Us Podcast) to follow Marie-Josée Croze from Paris to...uh...90s Paris? Who the hell knew there was a late 90's erotic thriller series on Showtime named after the Tony Scott classic film The Hunger? We didn't, but we do now, and we can't unlearn this information.
