When I knew I was ready to heal from all of my trauma. I'd looked in my mirror and asked myself these questions. “Hey _____ what are we doing here? What is best for me to work on, what needs my uninvited attention? What is the first step to give this more attention? Yes I can do that, yes I will love to work on that, yes this needs more attention.”
