I Just Want To Talk About Star Trek

With Discovery on hiatus and his gang of friends deserting him, Mike decides to podcast alone. The madness that ensues ranges from discussions about garage sales, to The Orville's latest episode to the TOS episode "The Mark of Gideon." But then Mike finally settles the debate of which 2017 Star Trek series (or homage) is better. THE ANSWER MAY SHOCK YOU!

This episode we look at Discovery's ninth episode, "Into the Woods I go!" We talk over the episode, as well as take a bigger look at what we liked and didn't about the first 2/3rds of the season. PLUS! We chat about The Orville! AND! We jabber on for an extra long time at the end of the episode about Jaws, Thor, and Battlestar Galatica! We love you!!!

Mike and Kim tackle the penultimate Discovery episode "Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum," and come to the conclusion that the title is just as confusing as the plot of the episode. PLUS We continue our mini-reviews of The Orville episodes, looking at "In the Fold." AND! Mike gushes about the fan made series "Star Trek Continues!"

As we move deep into the forest of episodes of Star Trek: Discovery, Mike, Kim and Jason run across the "Lethe" river. Does the episode hold up or will it fulfill its namesake and be forgettable?!
