I Just Want To Talk About Star Trek

Doctors hate this! Mike went to Reno over the weekend and wanted to talk about gambling, so he picked the 2nd season TNG episode "The Royale." Too bad "The Doctor" (Kim Miller) hates this episode! But you'll love it because we double down on all the bad stuff (and there is a LOT) to hit the 21 of comedy gold ! Come on, little lady, take a chance! Whaddya got to lose! YEEEHAAAAHH!!

Well, what can we say? Mike's been bothered by this for 33 years and tonight he went ALL IN on a single line of Star Trek 3: The Search for Spock. Backing his central thesis with audio clips and research, it's either a stunning revelation, or the beginnings of Mike's Captain Garth of Izar phase. "Return of the Archons" is one of IJWTTAST's fave episodes. It's weird and ridiculous and has one of the best line readings of all time. Mike talks with episode guest star Karl Held about the episode and his career. Karl acted with Shatner on Broadway and Patrick Stewart at the Royal Shakespeare Company. PLUS!
