His Beautiful Mess

Life isn't always easy, in fact most of the times it's hard. Right now, I am in one of those seasons. The pain is intense and hard to ignore, but I keep reminding myself, this is only a season and it will not last forever.

I recorded this audio in the Spring of 2025. It has been eye opening to see what God has revealed to me about anxiety, mental overload, and panic attacks in this season. This recording is from the beginning of it all. If you suffer from any of these things, please know you are not alone.

This world has shocked us and left us confused. This weeks events have left me like you, trying to process it all.

Confrontation happens, but how do you respond? I have had more situations than I can count where I have responded in ways that I wish I hadn't. Over the years God has gently showed me a better choice. Let's realize who the real target is and lean on God to navigate the verbal minefield that we face daily. Spoiler alert, the person in front of you isn't the real enemy.

Time is a funny thing. It passes by quicker than you realize, and before long you wonder, what have I done with it? This week we talk about the things that distract us and what time really is.....a precious gift.

It took circumstances in life and a jury summons for me to truly understand the greatness and vastness of God's love for us. The revelation God gave me that day in a courtroom was one that will forever be engrained upon my heart.

Sometimes the hardest thing we can do is give thanks when we are in the moments that hurt, the ones we feel isolated, and the times we know are ending. It's easier to give thanks when we have special moments that make us happy or give us a warm and fuzzy feeling. However the Bible is clear, we are to give thanks in all things ~ 1 Thessalonians 5 : 16-18

Today we talk about how sin grows in those places where it's left unchecked, ignored, or even unprocessed. It's like a mold waiting to spread to any area it can and take whatever it can down with it. Why? Because sin grows in the dark places. We have to bring the light in to completely eradicate the thing that's trying to take us down, and the only light that will do that is Jesus.

We all stumble and we've all faced sin but I've learned that sometimes we don't always know what our sin is, or sometimes we don't acknowledge the sin we are battling with. This week I share with you my sin that had been hidden and how God finally helped me give it a name.

This week we talk about how to hold onto our faith during times of affliction. How can we press in and trust God when we are constantly getting hit with one thing after another?

When life gives you obstacles that are out of your control it's natural response to feel fear, but in order to get through those situations you have lean on something that may not be your first response, your faith. In this episode we talk about how to have faith over fear.

This week we talk about the heavy loads we end up carrying and how sometimes they are too great to carry them alone. We have to lean on the One that created us to tow us through the hard moments. ~ Matthew 11:28 - 30

In the midst of chaos and confusion, God reminded me that He can do more in my silence and submission than I could ever do with my actions or words. I just need to listen to the locusts that surround me and remember who He is.

This week we talk about baggage, more specifically the baggage in our hearts that we have held onto for far too long. This can be from the things we know about to the unknown baggage that we are waiting for God to reveal to us. Join me as we navigate through it together.

This week we unpack Jesus' temptation in Matthew 4 and how we still face similar temptations in today's times.

Life throws us a lot of curveballs, but how do we handle them? Do we allow ourselves to become desperate begging for a way out of our situation, or do we reach out in faith and cling to Jesus? This week we discuss Mark 5 and how desperation turned into faith.

Finding joy in the midst of all the obstacles life holds isn't easy, in fact sometimes it's impossible to know joy is even there. I share with you an instance where my joy was quickly fading in the midst of an answered prayer.
