Why ought the child of God pray? There are twelve reasons why every believer should pray. It is vital that we know why we pray.

The home is an institution created by God. The family is foundational to society, but today the family is being broken down. The family can be what it was designed to be when those within it are seeking the Lord first of all.

Preaching is the way you plant a church, the way to establish a church, and the way you maintain the church. That is God's program - a church that preaches the Word of God.

The church is one of the three institutions ordained by God. God has given the church certain duties that must be performed and certain characteristics that must be a part of it. The church's purpose is the glory of God.

The translators took great care to make sure that the King James Bible maintained its purity. Believers can believe in the King James Bible because it has superior theology that has not been changed.

The Word of God is a living book that contains the words of life. God has faithfully preserved His entire Word to this day, and believers can rest confident in His preservation.

Believers don't need to wait to see the new heaven and the new earth in order to experience the excitement of the new heaven and the new earth. Through the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, we can experience the blessings of God's presence.

The new heaven and the new earth follow the casting Satan and all unbelievers into the lake of fire. It will be a new thing with various accomplishments.

The new testament believers take part in the blessings of the covenant God promised to the nation of Israel before Israel would receive the future blessings. The promises God made to Abraham and the patriarchs in regards to Israel will still be fulfilled.

The feasts of Israel were a foreshadowing of the first and of the second comings of Jesus Christ. The new moon is simply a shadow of things to come, but it is not what we follow. We follow Christ knowing God is in charge.

The results of preaching are not up to the preacher. It is the Holy Spirit that controls the results. The believer's responsibility is to preach regardless of results.

The new year is a time for believers to look back to inspect and examine where they have grown in the past year. This was true for the Jewish culture of the Old Testament as well.

The issue of music is a major battleground in churches today. It is vital for believers to base their music on the principles of the Word of God.

The grace of God is a marvelous gift to mankind. Whether unbeliever or believer, all men are benefited by the grace of God. However, the believer experiences the greater grace of God in salvation, sanctification, and service.

Who are we in Christ? In Christ, we are a new man. In Christ, we have abilities. In Christ, we have many blessings. These truths ought to encourage us to live for Him.
