The National World Health Organization defined healthy as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” With an influx of media trends providing false information about dieting, food safety, body image, and overall health, this podcast was aimed to provide a deeper look into what health looks like in varying disciplines such as psychology, communications, nutrition and dietetics, food science, and agriculture.
