Hello and welcome to the over Health: No Filter podcast, where we discuss all things physical health and wellbeing. I'm your host Tristan Lowe, London born and raised in the 70s. As a personal trainer with 14 years of coaching clients under my belt, I decided to start this podcast to share my experiences, thoughts and opinions, with you.
