Alvarado, featuring candid, expert-driven conversations on what it truly means to care for yourself, whole and well. Each episode, Dr. Alvarado brings in psychologists, physicians, therapists, and specialists to explore the full landscape of self-care: mental health, grief, physical fitness, financial wellness, faith, and the particular burdens Black women carry and deserve to put down.
